Mr.Kan Trakulhoon, President of the Siam Cements Group, gave
an honour to ABACA and Assumption University by joining the
Dinner talk as a Guest Speaker to speak on " The Business
Trends in 2008 and Siam Cement's Response to Thailand's Economic
Challenges". The conference was held at the Shangari-la

As
a tribute to mark the 80th birthday of H.M.King Bhumibol Adulyadej,
Assumption University - the management, faculties and staff,
organised an exhibition during the week of November 25-30, 2007
at the Suwannabhum Campus. Graciously presiding over the opening
was HRH Princess Somsaowalee. The Princess spent time more than
2 hours walking through the display and had a High Tea with
Rev.Bro.Bancha and Rev.Bro.Martin.

Tournament - ABAC Unity Golf - held on November 03, 2007 at
the Suwan Golf and County Club in Nakornpathom. For those who
interested to meet new friends and to strengthen your social

On
Sunday Nov25th, a special gathering under the title " Family
Get Together " for AU alumni to meet the ABACA committee
led by K.Wiwat Avasiriphongs, Mr.President. The event was attended
by more than 300 alumni with their family member. A Brief from
K.Apichart, Mr.Secretariat to reviw the work of the committee
during the year 2007, then follow by the viewing of the film
"Bewoulf". The function was held at SF Cinema World,

the occasion of H.M.The King's 80th Birthday Anniversary in
2007, ABACA makes a donations to the Distance Learning Foundation.The
fund will be used to support the installation program of Satellite-Receiver
to the needy schools throughout Thailand. <click> |

Sunday August 19, 2007, ABACA organised the Family Get-Together,
with the main focus on "MOM" - the Mother Figure!

the event. ABACA promises to bring you more activities so that
we have opportunity to get to know each other and at the same
time "Do good for the Society"... For this past event,

It
is truly a very special occasion....On Sunday July 15, ABACA
was able to organise a BIG Gathering....a truly Get-together
among AU alumni and family member at the Paragon to view the
latest season of Harry Potter..." Harry Potter
and the Order of the Phoenix " . The theatre was
flooded with our AU folks in Yellow T-Shirts, wearing as tribute
to H.M.the King..On the same occasion, ABACA invited friends
to donate money to support the people in the Three Southern
Provinces. |

It
is not a miracle nor a phenomenon when the clock strikes 07.07.2007
- the Seventh of July in 2007! But it is special day as AU and
ABACA, with the sponsorship from Volvo Car Thailand, bring Friends
and Alumni together for a charity Volvo Rally to Hua Hin. And
such the date become more special as it coincide with our Beloved
Rev.Bro. Bancha's Birthday. Check out the fun from joining the
Rally and the joyful moment when the candles on the Cake are

in collaboration with the Confederation of St.Gabriel's Foundation
of Thailand Alumni Association (CGA) organised a Sport and Family
Day at the Bangna Campus on Sunday May13th, 2007. On this special
day, Khun Korn Dhabbarangsri, former Prime Minister and an alumni
of St.Gabriel, joined Bro.Bancha for a Badminton Game. ABACA
