แม้จะมีวัยอาวุโสกว่าเพื่อน ที่เข้าร่วมประกวด แต่ด้วยบุคลิกภาพ และการแต่งกายดี ของ คุณต่อย-ปรมัตถ์ ทำให้เขาได้รับเลือก เป็นรองอันดับ 1 คุณต่อยให้ความใส่ใจกับ ‘การแต่งกายสุภาพ และการวางตัวเหมาะสม’ ซึ่งสะท้อนออกมา จากคำพูดของเขา ‘การแต่งกายสุภาพ ถือเป็นการให้เกียรติแก่ สถานที่ สถาบันการศึกษาของเรา ตลอดจนอาจารย์ผู้สอน เป็นเรื่องที่ น่าเสียดายที่ เพื่อนนักศึกษา มักจะละเลย ไม่ใส่ใจกับเรื่อง การแต่งกายให้เหมาะสม’
          คุณต่อย-ปรมัตถ์วางแผนอนาคตไว้ว่า อยากเป็นนักการเมือง ที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ซึ่งปัจจุบัน เขาดำรงตำแหน่ง เป็นที่ปรึกษาประธานสภา กทม. ‘ผมมองตัวเองว่าเป็นคนตรง ซึ่งผมคิดว่า เป็นคุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น ของนักการเมือง และนักการเมืองที่ดี จะต้องอุทิศตัวให้สังคม มากกว่าที่เห็นกันอยู่ ก่อนที่ผมจะเริ่มงานการเมือง ผมคิดว่าควรจะเริ่มจาก จุดที่ใกล้ตัว และใกล้ชิดกับประชาชน คือ ที่ปรึกษาประธานสภา กทม. แล้วจึงเรียนรู้ที่จะก้าวไปสู่ขั้นอื่น ต่อไป

ความรู้สึกต่อ A Walk To Remember
“สิ่งที่หวนคิดถึงสมัยที่เรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญก็คือ สิ่งที่ได้รับจากสถาบันที่สอนให้เราคิดเป็นทำเป็น รู้จักรับผิดชอบต่อตัวเอง และเรียนรู้ถึงการรับผิดชอบ ต่อสังคม และสำหรับกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในระหว่างการเรียน 4 ปีที่ผ่านมา ผมมักคิดถึงงานไหว้ครูตอนเรียนปี 1 ผมได้เป็นตัวแทนเชิญพานพุ่มของคณะ ในงานนั้นผมได้ใกล้ชิดกับบราเดอร์ จากเด็กจบใหม่ๆ ที่เพิ่งเข้ามา ทำให้รู้สึกว่ามีผู้ใหญ่คอยโอบอุ้มเรา รู้สึกอบอุ่นครับ”

           Although he may be older than other contenders, Poramatdha’s personality and articulation won him the First Runner up. Toi pays careful attention to the way he is dressed and his manners. He said, “We should show our respect to the institution and professors by dressing up properly. It’s not dignified if our fellow students have ignored to dress up appropriately.”

           Toi-Poramatdha plans to become a good politician and be responsible for the society. Now he is a Theadvisory board of the Council of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. “I need to practice honesty which is crucial for a politician. Good politician should have more dedication to the society than what they are seemed to be these days. Before I begin my political career, I think it’s better to start off with something closer to the public such as Theadvisory board of the Council of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Then I can move on to the next level.”

           “I often recall my experiences gained during my student years. I was taught to think and to be responsible for myself and society, Toi said. Out of the 4 years as an undergraduate, Toi always thought of the Teacher’s Day. He continued, “I represent my faculty and get closer to the Brothers during the Teacher’s Day. Being a new student, I feel very safe and warm.”
